Experience Freedom and the Caravan and Motorhome Club are requesting usage rights to a
particular image(s), as detailed on our initial contact with you. These images are referred to as the “Content.”
By agreeing for us to use your photo(s)/video(s) you grant the Caravan and Motorhome Club (the
Club) and Experience Freedom permission to use the content in any internal/external
communications, including but not limited to social media, website, magazines, printed material and/or
promotional material.
These terms of use (“Agreement”) apply to our use of any words, pictures,
video, images, data, information or any other ‘user generated content’ that a user (“Content Owner”)
uploads to our website, posts or shares using third party websites or social media platforms.
We will do our utmost to credit you in the photo although we cannot always guarantee this. Please
ensure you fill out your name on our form with how you would like it to be displayed in the image
credit. This may then be shown in the image and/or accompanying description.
When photo(s)/video(s) of clearly identifiable people are submitted, it is assumed that you have
sought and received consent from them (or from a parent/guardian for those under 18 years of age).
Neither the Club or Experience Freedom is liable for payment for use of your photo(s)/video(s).
You grant the right for the Club or Experience Freedom to make a statement around the content in
any format.
By agreeing to these terms, you are confirming that you are the owner of all copyright of the content,
and that the content has not been shared from another source or user.
