Located on the lush green, wooded valley floor and surrounded by picturesque hills and mountains, the caravan site offers breath taking scenery.

Mostly owned by the National Trust for Scotland, the land has been designated as a National Scenic Area, so unforgettable natural beauty is guaranteed.

Visit the Balmacara Estate and cycle the woodland and forest tracks by the loch or explore the nearby Falls of Glomach for a more challenging ride.

Spend the day exploring all the nooks and crannies in the surrounding area by bike.

Our campsite sits on the banks of the River Croe, so there are plenty of places for you to take a leisurely stroll along the water’s edge.

If you’re looking for a bit of a challenge, try the Five Sisters of Kintail ridge walk or make your way through Dorusduain to the Falls of Glamoch.

Just a mile away from our site, Jac-o-Bite offers local comfort food and a variety of desserts. Manuela’s Wee Bakery is a fanstastic little shop serving artisan breads, pastries and cakes – a great pit stop if you’re visiting Eilean Castle.

Voted by The Guardian as one of the top ten places to eat by the sea, stop in at the Kishorn Seafood Bar on the edge of Loch Kishorn which serves up fresh local seafood in view of the water.

Visit Eilean Donan Castle, a Scottish icon located on a great sea loch. Learn about the histories of this 13th century castle and enjoy the amazing views.

A little further away, but well worth the drive is Landmark Forest Adventure Park. This award-winning park has a variety of rides and attractions including a wild water coaster, butterfly house and fairground style games.

Go on a day adventure to the Isle of Skye, famous for its stunning landscapes and scenery with jagged mountains and glistening lochs. The fairy pools at the foot of the Black Cuillin Mountains are not to be missed.
