There are plenty of things to see and do while glamping in East Sussex's bright and colourful seaside town. Here are our top picks:

1. The British Airways i360 observation tower

The world's tallest moving observation tower is a spectacular attraction along the Brighton seafront. Take the family and look out across the whole city and out to sea in a 360-degree viewing platform. On a clear day you can see Beachy Head which is a famous chalky cliff face and the Isle of Wight just on the horizon.

2. Brighton bicycle tours

Saddle up and take a tour of the city by bike - it’s a great way to sightsee.

Choose from several tours including the 'Grand Tour' as an introduction to Brighton or the ‘Twilight Bike Tour’, an evening ride with great photo opportunities. Book your tour on the Brighton Bike Tour website.

3. Unique and boutique - the old streets of Brighton

Just up from the seafront there is a network of quaint, cobbled streets that form part of Brighton’s rich heritage called The Lanes.

You’ll find an assorted collection of independent cafes, bars, galleries and boutique shops to browse around. By evening, you may just find a live music venue or an inviting place to dine.

There are lots of cosy cafes to choose in The Brighton Lanes

4. Messing about in boats at Lagoon Water sports

Just 5 minutes from our Brighton glamping site is Brighton Marina, home to Lagoon Water Sports.

Hop on board for an exciting powerboat ride or maybe a chilled out sunset yacht sailing. Also on offer is stand-up paddle boarding for those with a good sense of balance or who don't mind getting wet! It’s great fun for the whole family.

5. Ramble over Sussex

Try your hand scaling up ancient rock faces or feel the thrill of paddling along the river. If you love climbing, abseiling or kayaking, The Hatt in Brighton can help you on your next adventure. Whether it's a guided river canoe trip on the River Ouse in Sussex or rock climbing near to Tunbridge Wells, there's something for the whole family. If you're a beginner, try their kayaking class on Brighton beach to see how you like it.
